CSR EVENTS uses your name, mobile number, email address and booking details to manage enquiries, event bookings, tickets and customer support.

Payments

Card, UPI and other payment credentials are processed by Razorpay. CSR EVENTS does not store your complete card or UPI payment credentials.

How we use information

We use information to confirm your booking, issue tickets, contact you about an event, process eligible refunds and improve our service. We do not sell personal information.
