Terms and conditions

These terms apply to bookings and ticket purchases made through CSR EVENTS.

Bookings and entry

Customers must provide correct contact details when booking. A valid, paid QR ticket is required for entry. Each ticket can be checked in only once and may not be copied, resold or transferred without CSR EVENTS approval.

Event changes

Event timing, venue, artist line-up or programme details may change when reasonably required. CSR EVENTS will communicate material updates to the contact details supplied with the booking.

Payments

Payments are securely processed by Razorpay. A ticket is confirmed only after payment is verified.

Cancellation

Ticket cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
